A meteor shower falls upon the solar system. A little fragment
reachs the Earth's atmosphere and breaks apart in two pieces over New York.
One piece falls right on the little chipmunk named Dale. This is the beginning
of the episode...
Picking up the fragment of the meteorite,
Dale finds out that he obtained the
ability to stretch like a piece of rubber. The chipmunk hurries to
tell this to his friends, but to his surprise, discovers that
the others don't have time for him.
And then Dale decides to become a superhero. Rereading all
his comic books, the chipmunk learns everything about life as a superheroe.
And dressed in a superhero's suit and mask,
"Rubber Bando"
is ready to save the world...
The owner of the
second fragment doesn't want to work for the public good and steals national
monuments around the world. The police
without inquiring into the particulars of rubber superheroes, accused out
little chipmunk. And now every cop in New York is chasing after Dale...
