This is the second episode of five, where we learn how
the Rescue Rangers met each other.
All Chip's attempts to
filch a ruby from Fat Cat failed.
But it did produce one good result. In the Chinese laundry Chip got a new hat,
which he won't separate from and wears during the rest of the
series.
But here are the details... Following Fat Cat and his
gang the two chipmunks come to the harbour,
where the criminal cat captures a ship. Later we'll learn about Fat Cat's
plans, which are different from
Klordane's, and now Chip and
Dale fall into the
hold... right on the back of a big mouse. This is how the chipmunks
meet Monty and his friend -
a little fly named Zipper...
