Metamorphosizer wasn't invented by Gadget.
This device was assembled by
professor Nimnul in purpose to
rob houses. However, Gadget had to tune it in order to help
Harry transform back into a wolf..
Metamorphosizer was designed for exchange "skins" with anybody.
It resembles watch, but instead of clock-face it has a big yellow button
in the center. By pressing this button owner of metamorphosizer runs
the process of "exchange". Every device has it's "pair".
We don't know what is inside of this invention or how it works.
Gadget sayed that "the electronics were kinda simple".
In spite of this, she forgot to switch it's pair when she fixed it.
As a result of it, Nimnul became a monster instead of turning back
into a human.
There is also a mini-version of metamorphosizer. Nimnul put
this tiny metamorphosizer onto Harry in order to switch skins with him.
