The Plunger Elevator is a multi-purpose device made by Gadget.
It is used when they need to reach some object or to raise
the Rescue Rangers to an out-of-the-way place.
Gadget also built a compact analogue of the Plunger Elevator
called The Mini Plunger Elevator.
For base of the PE Gadget used a pencil with a comb attached to it.
Attached to the ends of the comb is a tightened rubber band.
The band is held by a trigger.
For the arrow Gadget uses a plunger.
To the base of the "arrow" a rope is attached, which
is reeled on a spool. The spool is attached to the pencil. There is
a handle at the bottom of the Plunger Elevators for easy of holding.
