Sureluck Jones is the main character of
Chip's favorite detective books. Actually,
he is an analog of Sherlock Holmes. The books were written by
Lord Howard Baskerville, who worked under
pseudonyms: Conan Doily and Howard Bask.
Sureluck is Chip's idol. In the episode
"Pound of the Baskervilles" (#07),
the chipmunk dresses like the famous detective.
