An alligator who lives in the sewer system under the city theater in the
episode, "A Case of Stage Blight" (#53).
Sewernose considers himself to be
a genius actor and dreams about appearing on stage.
He even has his own
"puppet show", his favorite puppets being Voltaire and Euripides, which he
uses as interlocutors in dialogs with himself. He tried to "substitute" for
the main singer in an opera.
