When Dale got a fragment of meteorite which
gave him ability to stretch like a piece of rubber he decided to
become a superhero. This is how "Rubber Bando" was born.
At first city people liked him but later when he was framed by
Seymour and his
friends abandoned him because of
Dale's arrogance his life got far from happy. But he wasn't too
upset when the meteorite had broke and he had to give up being
Rubber Bando because according his words "The Rescue Rangers
are pretty super just the way they are".
