Winifred is a self-taught witch. At first she was a cleaner
in the library, where she acquired a like for reading books about magic.
After she was fired, Winifred made her home in an old laundry.
To become a real witch, she had to get several items,
with the help of Bud, Lou and
Foxglove.
She appeared in the episode
